About Us
Trinity United Church is a Congregation of the Methodist Church of Southern Africa, although many of our members come from other Christian denominations. Our congregation consists of approximately 345 families and 550 members representing the various age and population groups of our community. We are not perfect - God is still working in us - but we believe the Gospel of a God who loves His people and who saves them through Jesus Christ.

Seating The church seats about 250 people and can open up into a large foyer to increase seating by another 100. The church includes a 'cry room' for infants and their parents. A Chapel in the complex seats 78. We have a large hall and a smaller hall, and a well-equipped kitchen, all under the same roof.
Parking There is off-street parking within the church grounds for about 35 cars. About 50 metres from the Church we have off-street parking for a further 100 cars. There is also plenty of road-side parking in the street.
Gardens The church gardens are well maintained and create a welcoming and calming atmosphere. There is a beautiful prayer garden, with water features which provides for people who are looking for a place of peace and quiet. Occasionally worship services are held there, such as Christmas Carol services and Easter Sunrise services. It is also used for photographs after weddings or special occasions. The main feature of the garden is the Wall of Remembrance, and the primary purpose of the garden is for prayer and remembering our loved ones who have passed on.
